[Early Access] RPO Collection v2.96 Mod 1 to 18

- Updated to bypass some conflicts caused by McWooHoo

Oct 27: v2.96 Update:
- massive changes to some mod architecture, re-done. You won't see a difference but I do.
- fixed weird M18 club-related LastException - Llama knows how
- paternity certificates now show sim names, yay
- other stuff I forgot

Oct 21: fix for preg risk applying sometime when Sims agreed to not do anything that can cause it + other minor fixes

Oct 18: fix for M1's 'change impregnation status' jumbling up traits of preference regarding having children

Oct 15: more fixes & changes, including added a setting to allow  woohoo drive for teens for those who requested it

Oct 14: more fixes & changes (most importantly, fixed sims who shouldn't get wohoo drive getting it in certain circumstances - including cats)

Oct 12: v2.95:

- added necessary stuff to Core for 'Adult Life' (M19)
- added 'self woohoo' and 'Watch WooTube' to 'Expanded WooHoo' (M18)
- fixed issue with 'ask about pregnancy progress' not showing the answer;
- re-did the setting interface. You shouldn't see a difference, it's behind the scene stuff.
- fixed issue with sending a second child on custody visit along with their sibling if they're an infant
- some other bug fixes & changes

Overall Summary of all compatibility info:
- if you have McWooHoo, Mod 2 and Mod 8 need McWooHoo risk to be at 0;
- if you use Turbodriver mods and want to use Mod 2, check the required setting adjustments on my Mod(ule) 2 page.

There are NO other known conflicts / compatibility adjustments to make.

- grab the file from this post, EXTRACT it, and put its contents directly into your mods folder or one subfolder, NOT any deeper.
