[RPO] RPO Collection v2.963: a new jealousy feature and other small stuff

I am still trying to rest but I wanted to wrap up a few thing & requests first.

So, here goes!

1. M7: A New Jealousy Setting

There are some discrepancies with how EA handles in what circumstances jealousy should be triggered during romantic interactions that are REJECTED by the Sim being romanced.

More precisely, there are discrepancies on a partner's jealousy triggering or not if a Sim rejects another Sim's advances.

In some interactions, EA decided that this does not warrant jealousy from the rejecter's partner. But in others, EA have decided that it does.
And it's puzzling, not to say nonsensical. Rejecting a kiss (whose mere availability implies having already had romance and a first kiss with how the game works) means no jealousy from partner. Rejecting a flirt means jealousy from partner. Why? Who knows.

This is something I looked into over a year ago, but unfortunately I only partially did so because - it just so happens that the one interaction I first looked at is part of the ones for which jealousy gets triggered only if the Sim being romanced accepts the interaction. After seeing that, I was simply convinced that EA had already done the thing I wanted, and that I'd been misreading the stuff in other files / in game.

Well, a message from someone recently sent me to check again. And here we are today.

Regardless - here is a new option for those of you who might want a unified behavior on this. And more precisely, who might want that in any situation in which a Sim rejects romantic advances from another, this rejecting sim should not be victim of jealousy from their partner as though they had accepted the interaction and in fact cheated.

NOTE: this is perfectly functional, but I will still label it as 'EXPERIMENTAL' just because I won't be 100% sure if issues can arise from the way I've done this or not until people actually play with it.

2. Donate Baby Making Bio Material: Impregnator version

The version of this for sims who can get pregnant is not made yet because it will take more elements, due to the differences between those two real life processes. But it's upcoming and it will happen as part of the course of general updates to all of the previous RPO mods.

Sims who can impregnate can now Donate Baby Making Bio Material.

Might add more to this 'impregnator' side of this when I add the 'impregnatable sim' version later.

3. M11: Ask to Terminate

Many players who have had a situation with a pregnant NPC have asked for a way to make the NPC terminate their pregnancy. This was not an option in the mod because of the ethical risks of portraying 'forced abortion', but it is also necessary to have a way for the plan of the stories the way they want and the way they would if they could play the sim in question. So, I have now added an interaction followed by a pop-up choice, so that players can play out the way they want but without depicting an absence of agency for the pregnant sim.
