I just finished while busy with MOO in the daytime - sorry no spoilers for now cause I'm taking things slow, don't think I disappeared lol ๐คซ i have a lot of chill time, I don't even respond to my friend's messages and they probably think I'm d-worded haha but it's okay to disconnect, just letting you know, nobody should tell you how you must manage your time ๐
- what I'm doing these days for myself:
- walk out every morning (springtime is a blessing)
- take a shower
- make myself a yummy meal
- I light up aromatic candles (flower or fruit aroma)
- light up my favorite japanese incense sticks (sandal & vanilla)
- I apply some essential oil (amber noir, sandal, jasmine etc.)
- take a nap
- I eat something sweet with cup of coffee or tea
- things I watch or listen to while I draw: game walkthroughs, random youtube videos
- I make warm bath for my hands & feet
- no gadgets in bed, more rest, more chill
It helps, I feel more mentally well. I hope y'all take care of yourselves too! ๐ฅฐ
P.S. btw Lunar New Year is coming which is celebrated here in East Asia, soon, this day (Feb 9th) is the eve ๐งง๐ฎ๐๐โค๏ธโจ
