I'm experimenting with color and, as always, I love to hear what you folks think. Do you think the colors are too soft or difficult to make out? I am thinking of producing full color comics but I want to make sure I've got things going in the right direction. I never wanted to be the Emperor with no clothes. Maybe an Empress and one with a hot body but I digress.

2025-08-20 19:14:05 +0000 UTCWill say if you want to experiment with color there’s an interesting sort of paint called casein, it’s a mix of pigment and dairy protein which sound disgusting but trust me it isn’t. What’s interesting about them is they dry about as fast as ink but will become mixable again on the surface for like a month if you put more paint down on it, it’s really invaluable for people that like to mix values and shades plus it’s super matte. Not saying you should use it but could work well with your style!
