Strapped to a table on all fours and plugged fore and aft, Manoa has been pumped full with a nutritious blueberry smoothie. Think of all those antioxidants! Unfortunately, Fukumi got a little distracted getting her patient set up (the enema toy required quite a bit of adjustment, needing to be pushed and pulled repeatedly to insert it deep enough) and forgot to set a maximum limit on the smoothie pump! Now she's come back to check on Manoa and, much to her shock, finds that just about the entire tank has been pumped into her patient! Manoa, now filled with several thousand gallons of smoothie, has been blown up like a waterballoon – like a blueberry. Now just a big fat fruit, she's burst out of her restraints, crushed the medical table under her immense weight and looks ready to explode!"
Oh my... well clearly she'll need to be kept for additional therapy. For her own good.
