While searching for a raft, Manoa finds a box with a pill in it that’s labeled “Swallow For Emergencies Only”. Without hesitating, Manoa swallows the pill and with in seconds her butt blows up to a ridiculously enormous size. Bodacia and Bonnie hold on to Manoa while her enormous balloon butt floats in the water. Then Bodacia takes out her phone and calls for help. "
