MSP Meetup 10/11/25: Information and Ticket Sale Date

We're getting back together for an in person meet and greet!
Our favorite (and only) dedicated space, the MSP airport conference center has officially confirmed the new space they have built for us to host our meetups. This space is now holds more than 2x the capacity of the old event area, and has room for 120 of us!
The Details:
This year's meetup will be Saturday, October 11. We're starting early with a light breakfast, followed by some discussion and then a lunch and happy hour.
This event is airside, so you will need to clear security if you are staying offsite. If you need ot clear security you can either book a throwaway ticket or we can get you a gate pass. The good news for anyone staying at the MSP Intercontinental is they have reopened their TSA checkpoint!
If you are flying in Saturday morning please keep a look out for signs directing you to the Conference Center in Terminal 1. More information can be found here: https://www.mspairport.com/conference-center
Please note: The logistics of using the MSP Intercontinantal checkpoint without a ticket might not be feasible, as you would likely need to pick up your gate pass badge at main security.
Ticket Sales: Monday August 11 at 10am Eastern/7am Pacific.
Ticket sales will start at 10am with a post here on Patreon with the link. This should go to everyone's email. We will also announce the link on Slack in #general at that time as well.
Tickets will be limited to patreon members and capped at 1 per person for this event. If we sell out we'll have a waiting list like we have had in years past.
We're unsure if this will sell out or not with the increased capacity the new room allows. But I know in past years we've heard that giving clearer notice would be helpful. I hope this post helps alert everyone of the event and the ticket sale date and time.
