It's pretty annoying not being able to use the word 'lolita' in c4s descriptions (for fear of compliance misunderstanding) but yeah, here are two lolita coordinates. These are my clothes: I used to be in the local comm and it was a great time but then COVID messed things up for everyone. As expected.

Initial plan for this was to shoot on location in the countryside; a picturesque cottage available for rent. Alas, weather and girls' schedules did not permit. If you watch the video you can see dim daylight fading completely by the end. Now look at one of the bts pics: in the first 10 minutes of our filming the light was even better, a beautiful golden glow streaming through the windows. Alas, Carnelian works a day job so she can't get off too early.

I compensated by trying to evoke a kind of cosy feeling with my lighting and colour grading, very soft, very warm and almost monochrome. Tried a spotlight attachment too: that's what's making the tree/leaf pattern on the wall behind.

The Rocket being used is me trying to meld 'cool idea in terms of filmmaking' and 'something looners would like to see'. I did plan to use an anamorphic lens for that cottage idea and what's a better fit for widescreen than a long balloon?

Frame right there's a bed and that's where Celestine is, taking some pics and watching over the models, ready to help. By the end of the inflation our balloon was getting pretty close to her. She was probably more nervous than Selenite and Carnelian both! The shredded piece covered in uhh... lung moisture slapped her right in the face and fell on her phone. That moisture looks very suspect after it dries up...

Eww! Selenite is being freaky again!!

Oh, and what's that at the end? Nero and Tamamo are up to no good again? You see, Carnelian can get off work early for Very Special shoots and we did manage to sneak one in. No cottage but the next best thing! (no more bts from that sorry we were too busy)
