“Sister… how strong are you?” Chu Yueli asked. Since Chu Yuechan crippled herself and destroyed her Profound Veins, she should be recultivating now.

“Not that strong, merely Emperor Profound Two.” Chu Yuechan replied. After experiencing Cultivation inside a specially prepared Formation, her opinion on Cultivation Realms has changed considerably.

“Merely? You are nearly as strong as Mistress!” Chu Yueli gawked. At the same time, she is having an ugly feeling.

With her talent, she doubts she could reach the Throne. It’s one of the reasons why she went to look for a disciple—to teach everything that she knows.

The discipline she found is one of the most talented she has ever seen.

“I do know how to make them, in all sorts of sizes. Grand formations as well.” She bragged for a second.

The Mistress began to think about how to get one for her Frozen Palace.

She did try to enquire about the cost of laying one. After all, the Royals began to sell theirs, but none of them are Profound Energy gathering ones.

They are clearly not selling those.

Yet, she can’t simply ask for one, as her Frozen Cloud doesn’t have anything of value to offer.

As if knowing what Gong Yuxian is thinking, the Fairy looked at her Prince.

“My Prince, is there a way to get a good formation for Frozen Cloud? We could get some sort of trade deal, yes? 

Frozen Cloud has the highest selection of Ice attribute plants and herbs, even minerals.” Chu Yuechan smoothly suggested.

“Hmm, that is a good suggestion. Cold is a good place to train fire and make it stronger.” Cang Long looked interested for a moment.

“We could arrange something.” The Formation Prince nodded, as he had no qualms about making a deal with Frozen Cloud.

Unlike other Sects, these women keep things to themselves and their territory is far away from the Empire’s Heartlands.

“That is good to hear. I am happy to hear that you are considering it.” The fairy smiled at him. She was still thinking fondly about the Frozen Cloud. It’s the place that raised her. 

Not helping them is making her feel a strange urge that she can’t block out.

He shrugged, it won’t cost him anything, and unlike other sects, these fairies are honourable.

Chu Yuechan slightly smiled, seeing that he didn’t care that much.

She gently lifted her hand, and letters from Profound Energy began to manifest.

“I do know that Blue Wind Core Arts is taboo from spreading. But… the rest I can share.” The fairy said as she created an orb of energy.

She then flicked at her sister, who was close.

“Well, I taught you Formations, knowing that you would share them eventually.” He sighed in resignation.

His reaction made her frown. 

That moment, she realised that he didn’t fully trust her. Sure, the Dharma Body and Mind Scape are the core formula for the ‘bloodline’ powers, which practically everyone agrees they are. Still, the Formations of purity, comprehension and cultivation are not.

“Now…I feel…” She turned around and walked towards him. 

“Wait! If it's bad… then remove it.” Chu Yueli realised that something had gone wrong.

“It’s not bad. It’s simply that Chan’er broke the very high standards she was holding herself to.” Cang Long joked.

Instead, he walked over.

“After healing Chu Yuechan, I know how deadly your arts are, and since you both are her family, I will extend it to you two.” As he explained, he motioned, and several orbs of light merged with them. 

These orbs appeared from nowhere. Well, they were summoned from Mind Scape, but to the fairies, it looked that they came from nowhere.

“These two sets of formations have merged into your very being. They will purify your bodies, opening profound entrances and passively increasing your cultivation.” 

As he explained, he looked at Chu Yuechan, who looked away. She looked ashamed of her own actions.

“...Opening Profound Entrances!? You mean…” The Frozen Cloud Fairies exclaimed in disbelief and shock. It was an absurd formation!

“Heavenly God’s Spiritual Veins.” He shrugged.

“I discovered this when I was ten. It’s nothing impressive if you study and understand how bodies work.

We are born with impurities; these impurities clog Profound Entrances, so you simply remove those impurities.” 

The pair of them listened with a dumbfounded look. 

“Regardless, it will help you with your lifespan issue, sister Yueli.” Cang Long winked at the fairy before walking back to his fairy.

“We should get back.”

“Hn.”

Chu Yuechan slowly nodded, but her mood didn’t improve.

“We will see you in a tournament, Fairies of Frozen Cloud.” He took his fairy’s hand and took her away.

“Mistress, what is going on?” Chu Yueli was… confused! 

“I have no idea…” Gong Yuxian shook her head as she looked at her hand. She could feel the ice in her body slowly… beginning to crack.

“...a breakthrough…” The Palace Mistress whispered, as her cultivation increased for the first time in ten years! She had reached Emperor Profound Four.

“Yes… This is… it appears this is what we need.” Chu Yueli felt the same way; she could feel progress in her limited cultivation.

“I will need to report this to Grand Mistress.” Gong Yuxian couldn’t hide the small amount of excitement that poked through her Frozen Heart Arts. It’s a great opportunity for her Palace to finally move forward.

As the pair returned to their Manor, Chu Yuechan was in a weird state. Cang Long wondered what was happening with her. His experience with women is lacking in this regard.

“Hmm, that would be difficult since my bar is already stupidly high. You are literally the only one who meets the basic requirements in the whole Blue Wind Empire.”

“And they are?” She asked curiously.

“To interest me, to some extent.” He shrugged his reply.

“Regardless…” He motioned to come over. She moved over without question.

The Prince pulled her into his hands. His hand went to her bum as he perked her up. Chu Yuechan slightly blushed.

“Hmph! I like this living room!” The Princess puffed as she crossed her arms.

“I like it too. That is why I am here," He replied as he squeezed the rear of his silent fairy, who was leaning into his chest and not saying a thing as she hid her blushing face.

“We arrived here to win, not for you to flirt with big sister!” Cang Yue complained.

“And we will win, that is why I can flirt with her.” He smirked while replying to her cute frustration.

With another ‘hmph!’, she turned around and left.

“Jealous little thing.” He chuckled as he switched to hugging her.

“...I think… we should move to our room.” Chu Yuechan suggested, as she lifted her head. 

“Our, you say? That’s a great suggestion.” The Prince accepted without a second thought. It was the first time he heard that his fairy would use the term ‘our room’; she had never used such words before.

That said, he picked her up and walked with her to the room he had selected as his not long ago.
