2025-11-19 10:03:22 +0000 UTCThe writer, Alice Oseman, is currently working on the sixth book. Which she was already planning to write during the filming of season 3. And there is also an actual novel about Nick and Charlie (not a graphic novel) which takes place during Nicks graduation. And this was written even before she started the graphic novels. So there was still enough material but they all just had to wait for Netlix‘ approval to get another season. And since season 3 was the least successful season they agreed on a movie (less budget I guess). I’m so glad nonetheless to get more of them next year. Cause both of the last two books a so so good. 🥹

So, they didn’t know if there was going to be more after this. Nick has one more year, Tara, Elle, Imogen and Sahar have one more year, and Charlie, Tao and Isaac have 2.
