Blossom: My mother actually insisted. She knew the old ones were out of date. Let's take a seat here...

Beatrice: ...And that led to a culinary degree from RSU. Took longer, but I actually enjoyed the journey it took to get here.

Beatrice: If a chef is what you need, I can promise quality as well as quantity. Cooking meals at home these days often results in a holiday dinner level of food in my household.

Blossom: I can imagine.

Blossom: Beatrice De los Reyes, consider yourself a new chef for Glorious Pizza. Our current head chef intended to retire alongside my mother but I convinced him to stay on a bit longer and train you.

Beatrice: Blossom, thank you dearly. I hope you'll be honest with me and let me know if I slip up.

Blossom: Only if you promise to keep an eye on me as well, I'd love to keep my mother's leading style at the core of how I run this place. Thoughtful and efficient.
