I get the premise and theme, but other then that it's just a corky holiday where people spook eachother, party and wear costumes. So it's like New Year if you replace the fireworks with spooks I guess~
So here's a picture of Geno and Alyth being ready for a costume party. And of course they are cosplaying as Eri and Fio from the Metal Slug game series :3c
Those tank tops are so tiny, almost illegal. Pretty sure it was Geno's idea to wear them.
