Lost in Bieszczady [SKETCH]
Added 2018-09-07 12:03:09 +0000 UTCOn August 2016 people from a casual camping trip in the Bieszczady mountain region in Poland found strange, repeating markings on some of the rock formations there. A routine expedition was sent to examine them and find out if they are the work of a prankster, a natural phenomena or maybe work of some long gone inhabitants. On the 2nd day of researching the site, the central in Warsaw lost all contact with the expedition crew. Quickly a search party made out of local guides, the border patrol and mountain med-evac team was sent to the camping area. Once they reached the campsite it was in dissaray but didn't look like it was ransacked by any animal or human. It felt like the reasearchers left everything mid-work, both of them gone and were never found again. Rumours say that there was a camera left running which the researchers used to video log their activities. The video contents were classified and never shown to the public. The mass media quickly marked the area as a cursed pagan ground.
