Autumn update 2022~

In general, september did suck a lot, terrible time, can't wait till it'll be over.
On 08.09 we had our radiators filled up with water for the upcoming heating season, but the neighbour above me didn't saw the notice on the board which resulted in my aparment getting flooded, because he had his radiator removed for painting. And as some of you might recall, I moved here in january, after the place got completly renovated last autumn... now I have waterdamage in the living room and bedroom, including traces on the walls, ceiling, floor panels with slight deformations, furniture columns in the kitchen bursted at the base... The only saving grace in it is that the neighbour has insurance, so last monday we had an appraisal expert from the insurer taking notes and photos of all the damages. Currently I am waiting for an e-mail with the total cost of the damages, hoping it's going to be some good money at least.
Then the whole lenght of the last week I was sick, pain in the throat, hard coughing, apathy and lack of strenght, but I didn't had any high temperature and no cold. Did remind me of the COVID infection that I had in march, was it that again? Don't know, the tests are now only made upon doctors orders and no one bothers with that anymore. Just stocked up on some basic cold medicine and lived through.
With those two things haunting me back-to-back I had barelly and mood for doing any arting and I've been posting more then I've done this month.
Now for some good news:
Commissions - will be opening some slots for the "5$-tiers" in early october along with an updated price sheet (added greyscale and flat colors as options). Although to make it fair for everyone, I'll be sticking to a "1 slot - 1 picture" rule. With a smaller queue I might be able to open commissions more often then once a year, so it should balance itself out on the waiting time for the past multiple picture slots.
PCH - I introduced the idea here for the "5$-tiers" https://www.patreon.com/posts/adding-two-extra-55199476 but now I'm finally doing something with it. As currently I'm concepting a bigger outdoor scene similar in view to https://www.patreon.com/posts/between-basalt-67330971 with multiple "character-here" spaces for Patrons. So far I've planned that it's going to be something of a "christmas gift" for veteran "5$" supporters, still I need to think how to fairly set-up OCs in the slots, but do expect a sketch for entries soon~

Sorry to hear that you've had such health problems and I didn't actually manage to open commissions back then. It was a period of heavy workload in my daily job and I was just too drained out of energy to open them. And now, when there's a calm period, I'm sick with the seasonal flu xD

Past 3 months saw me ending up in hospital 5 times, 4 of which in just the past 5 weeks, but i am glad to see the content you were working on. ❤️ That said, i'm sorry i missed the commission opening, i hope there will be more occasion in the future. Also eugh, didn't even know about the sick part, no wonder why you weren't up much x3; here's hoping insurance pays good muns, let alone that renovations won't take long, considering that can get worse if left alone too long. Also looking forward to the idea, but most importantly chatting a bit again when we can
