(I meant to post this last night but I fell asleep really early lol)
So I went to the doctors and they found I have some ovarian cysts which is what was causing the pain. The spike in pain I had could have been one that ruptured but Iโm not sure. Either way, Iโm feeling better and he said the cysts should be fine and go away on their own!
