Ah, Gemini. Possibly one of the more controversial signs of the Zodiac among modern astrologers, the mutable air sign is mainly all about talk, language, and communication. Ruled by Mercury, the planet of thought, the twins represent our ability to speak and communicate - both with each other, and with ourselves. The twins can be seen as a balloon on the wind, swept easily from one idea to the next, and they can therefore often be stereotyped as two-faced, flighty, or inconsistent. (Which is fair, but we prefer the word “dialectical,” thank you very much.) Ultimately, however, those born under this sign are blessed with a childlike curiosity, a thirst for knowledge, and an adaptable nature that can easily serve them well when harnessed.
