Supporter Shout-outs: Keep/Move/Get rid of?

Been thinking about supporter shout-outs lately and wanted to get your opinion on them. Seeing as how I post NSFW content here on Patreon, I understand that some of you may not want your names (fake or not) posted publicly at the end of my videos.
I like being able to show appreciation for you guys through those shout-outs, but I also completely understand why some would rather not have their names broadcasted like that.
I would love to simply sort those who do want it from those who don't, but keeping track of & removing every individual that doesn't want their name shown from every single new video, would be terribly time consuming. I'd prefer to go with what the majority wants.

If you reeeaalllyy don't want your username up there, you can always just make it something random so no one recognises it. For me, I wanna be up there and known as someone who supports their favourite creators which is one of the reasons why I did it in the first place. Plus people might look at the end and be like, dayumm I must be missing out on this pro nsfw content, better bust out the wallet

Someone recognizes my name or username? About it. I'll be straight up. Honest I don't know if I can speak for everyone like that but there's nothing wrong with me who you are.
