Audio Download Perk Update

Given some feedback from you guys, I've decided to make audios available in either MP3 or WAV format (you get to choose), but instead of automatically providing the Google Drive links, it will be up to you to request the link from me if you want it.
You will be able to request up to 3/month. Keep in mind, this still only applies to public, sfw audios.
