Noobtown 8 progress

So I am a big fan of the 3 act structure and Noobtown is broken into 3 acts. The first act is done (99% unless I see something neat to add) and then there are the other two acts.

I'm working on act 2 presently and am about 20% done with it. I realized this week, after I wrote a bunch of stuff, that I was shifting back into a single person POV and decided to tie in The Mayor's and The Dark Overlord's preparation for the final battle, highlighting the contrast (and similarities) between the two. Sadly, that required a bit of a rewrite.

Which required a reread.

And some editing.

Then more of a rewrite.

So anyway, no story this week. But I did get a lot done on Noobtown 8 and some of it is even quite good. I was wondering how I was going to represent the Dark Overlord this book, and Boxy would be proud.
