I didn't love it on first watch, but I think it will grow on me. I'm not a coffee drinker I wasn't instantly grabbed by the coffee jokes but it has good heart

2024-09-17 18:19:05 +0000 UTCI think I'll definitely do an entirely new Futurama ranking video after the Hulu era, probably longer and more thorough, but we're a couple years off still! I don't think the new era has done anything that has made it clear the show NEEDED to come back, but I think it's been strong enough that I am glad it did. I still think my era ranking is basically in order. Fox > Movies > CC > Hulu - but I haven't outright disliked any era as a whole. Everything has its own issues.

I would love to see which new episodes you like more than older episodes. Also, I’m curious, are you glad Futurama returned or do you wish they kept "Meanwhile" the series finale? Have you enjoyed these episodes enough to be glad they were made and make you feel better about the show returning? Where does it rank overall in your era ranking? Is it the same, worse, or better than the Comedy Central era? I’m new as a patron. I had to join for your Futurama reviews. There have been a lot of negative people on other sites, so it’s nice to hear someone that genuinely enjoys the new episodes. My OCD isn’t letting those complaints out of my head 😅
