NAH don't worry about it, that actually sounds dope as hell. I don't really know if I can use those I can't lie to you because there are some thing the anime leaves out sometimes in anticipation of adding things in later on down the line and since alot of people rave about how good the show is already , I think I'm just gonna just watch it and critique it the way it is so I can form my opinion based on how it's made to be viewed and how everyone else has already watched it. the whole point of a reaction channel is to react to something everyone else has already watched and form my own opinion on it and have others share their point of view and then we just compare. with that being said, I know there's ALOT of die-hard fans that love the show and are dying for some new content so, how about you send me the finished product and when I finish the show, we can watch it together on twitch maybe with everyone and we can all watch it together and hopefully everyone can appreciate the work you put in. that's probably the best I can do for you unfortunately 😅

2025-06-25 08:07:04 +0000 UTCHey there! I started re-subtitling season 2 and 3 of World Trigger. I've always hoped someone would do it. If you're interested, I'll share a google drive folder with you so you can watch the episodes with edited subtitles. I'm a few episodes into re-subtitling season 2 now and I should stay a few episodes ahead of you at this rate. If you're using OBS/etc. to record videos, afaik it should be as simple as choosing to record a video player (VLC, SMPlayer, etc.) as opposed to your internet browser. I could go in detail on why the subs needed an overhaul if anyone is curious, but to keep it short, they leave things out, which affects the watching experience. I would say the difference is really quite significant. So I'm making a new best version of the subtitles by choosing the best parts of 1) the anime subs 2) the manga translations 3) the raw Japanese manga. Oh and also the videos I'll add to the folder are the Blu-Ray versions so there's a couple of small visual upgrades here and there compared to versions found on anime streaming sites. Sorry if I'm coming on a little strong here! 👋 It's your channel so I don't mean to make this anything more than a suggestion.

The manga has little character snippets at the end of each volume, providing a bit of backstory that rarely ever gets mentioned even in the main manga pages let alone the anime. Kageura Squad was demoted from A-rank because Kage punched Netsuki, Border's PR guy in the face. Which honestly, earns a lot more respect from me especially after that PR plot to blame the invasion on Osamu.
