44:20 Animations are a nice touch too, touching the temple and then a bit later the same hand movement as in Raz's victory dance

At first I wasn't sure about the RTS direction either, but the fact the protagonist is like, a stage manager, makes it make a lot of sense. Though admittedly having never played Pikmin personally I still find it hard to comprehend it *is* an "RTS" and not like... a "unit action game" or something.

Yooo, that side conversation with Ophelia about the shirt Eddie is wearing

Merry Moshing Metal Monday Playfriends! Dan covered Lionwhyte's voice actor in this episode, and spoke a bit about glam metal, and I'll mention that in a bit. First of all we get a new character in Magnus, Eddie's second hand man for doing any kind of construction and running of the show. He's voiced by Alex Fernandez, who has performed in a lot of TV dramas in addition to doing video game voice work, he's notably been Seymour in Final Fantasy X and Juan Cortez in Far Cry 6. So, Glam Metal. As Heavy Metal was growing and evolving through the late 70's and early 80's, groups were experimenting with ways to stand out, some opted to play faster and lean in on the "Satanic" imagery that was being associated with the genre. Others thought to play slower, and keep themselves in the trappings of the occult. Some looked to add in double kick pedals to the bass drum in addition to playing faster while also adding in some more punk and hard rock elements. Eventually a nascent Music Television channel would catch on to the growing appeal of Heavy Metal and feature some of the bands, more exposure brought in more attention and with that, more corporate interest to make money. A desire for a more "appealing" form of Heavy Metal would be formed, one that was less about blood, death, cults and mysticism and more on other things Rock and Roll had made famous, beautiful ladies, having wild parties and general youth rebellion. Dressing in garish, clashing and bright colors, with wild teased hair in flock of seagulls cuts, Glam Metal was formed to look good and move merchandise.

I keep waiting to see if Dan will mess with the music stand in front of Bladehenge or not, and I'm not sure how long it will take XD.

I know the series is already fully recorded, but I hope you at least include one of the race side missions on screen, Fletus is just SUCH a character

Cedric Corthout

Facemelter is pretty much an "I Win Button" for fights against basic infantry. Not so good against tougher units, but great at clearing the field when you're outnumbered.

Colin Ferguson

49:30 A little preview of their next game, Iron Brigade.
