I hope Aegon can help.

2025-12-21 23:31:23 +0000 UTCIt's a little odd that he's creating a class that nerfs his morals because...he's worried he'll be too soft to save the people he loves? What scenario is this an answer to? It feels a bit contrived since there hasn't been any examples where the character was "too moral" to save anyone. Too weak, sure. Not enough magic, yes. But the too moral for Westeros shouldn't be an issues, since if Aegon cares enough, shouldn't he just *do* what it takes? It just feels like the author is trying to find ways around making the protagonist face hard, and interesting, choices.

The more he defy fate the stronger correction will be and it will be basically endless waves of fate trying to correct the events, I'm excited for how fate will fuck him up no matter how strong he will become and how he will counter it and eventually permanently resolve it.
