I recently moved his habitat and my daughter said she was happy about that because the snake liked being closer to the family. I told her he's a reptile and just doesn't feel the same about things as mammals do. What are your thoughts. Do snakes "like" or "dislike" situations, or people, or do they lack the physical structures (neural capacity) to do so?

I know you’ve made other videos about it, I’ve watched all of your videos, but I just want your opinion on it again for reassurance. I’ve seen that they’re gentle giants and I really want one, but I’m not sure if I should start with a ball python or get straight into the boa.
