I got my super Dwarf retic from NERD because I needed a breeder I could trust to sell me a handable snake with a good temperament that would stay small enough for me to handle. Little Big Snake's Mom is 7.5ft and his dad was around 6ft. He was more then some other breeders were asking but he is worth every cent and I have no fear that he will grow huge someday.

Hello! Having had around twenty pet rats over the years, I certainly advocate them as hugely rewarding pets for people that have almost as much spare time as that needed for a dog. I’d love to see a video on them - your channel has the power to change so many people’s perspectives on these wonderful, but misunderstood lovelies. Keep being awesome! PS I love the “Super Chat” button! PPS I’m also a teacher, and all the jokes I crack are ENTIRELY to make myself laugh.

Why do snakes and lizards shed? I know that invertebrates shed when they out grow their Iexo skeleton. Lizards and snakes don't have an exo skeleton. Has the reason they shed got something to do with being exothermic?

This feels like a slightly trite question given that everyone else is asking about practical pet keeping related ones. Also, if this has already been answered in a previous episode or livestream my apologies! I'm new here. In your recent video's Clint there has been a enclosure in the background with a water feature in it. Is that just a display enclosure or does it have an animal living in it? If so which animal lives in there?

I would like to know about taming a Young adult red tegu that was captive bred but not handled much. She will follow me and runs at me looking for food but really isn't comfortable being touched. (the original owner didn't have time for her) I tried to target train and she will do anything to get her target but she will still has aggressive feeding responses every time she sees me.

Also, not necessarily for the live stream but Clint, yes please to the 'how to deal with animals dying on you' video

Any chance of more mammal videos in the somewhat near future? I'd especially love a rabbit episode

What’s your take on inverts as pets like Madagascar hissing cockroach or Tarantulas?

Any thoughts on domestication of reptiles? Currently i don't thinknany reptile kept as a pet can be considered domestocated, only tame. Do you think we should work towards domesticating reptiles like monitors and tegus and bearded dragons? Along the lines of the russian fox maybe?

Can you possibly talk about or even make a video of some techniques you use to tame you lizard? Ive had a Australian Water Dragon now for about 2 months. He's about a year old and is very skittish. Just wondering the best way to go about taming him so he can become better at handling and any other advice you have for an owner of one of these super rad guys!

Well Hi there Clint and family. Hope you are all well and continuing to survive lock down. While I'm waiting to be able to buy my new frogs I've started studying a Herptile, Care,Welfare and husbandry course here in the U.K.. I wanted say a huge thank you for the huge wealth of knowledge I've acquired from your videos and hope you don't mind me referencing your channel. My question is I'm trying to set up a bioactive enclosure for the frogs. The shop I buy from doesn't appear to have an isopods on there stocklist. They do however have a couple of species of tropical woodlice. Are they the same thing? Or if not are they the next best thing?

As first-time reptile owners, we’ve noticed the process of adopting a cat/dog is different to how it goes with reptiles. It seems that reptile breeders tend to focus on showcasing morphs/aesthetics. But we want a companion, with a personality to match ours. What’s the best way to make sure our little buddy is compatible past just aesthetics? A lot of breeders we see sell on a “first come, first serve” basis, and they sell out before you can really get into a dialog to learn more about an individual. (Northern BTS, in our case)

Alex

people love morphs but is there any validity to breeding for personality/temperament? id love to see what “tame” reptiles would look like a thousand years from now
