2022-03-05 00:43:40 +0000 UTCMostly because bearded dragons are basically all the same, whereas blue tongues are highly variable depending on locality and species. The most commonly available blue tongue skinks are Halmaheras, and they're not particularly great for handling. Alongside that other less common localities also tend towards being not great for handling, with Tamimbars being downright terrible.
