2023-11-08 05:43:15 +0000 UTCWatching the two of you talk about these shows makes me so look forward to the two of you doing a reaction together! (Especially if that reaction is Bad Buddy.) I’ve watched both of your reactions to all of these things, so I knew how you felt about them, but it was nice to see the give-and-take about these different queer stories. I will just throw in that I have a somewhat different view of Love, Victor, which though flawed, I think, is better than it got credit for being. To me, the second season was the strongest of the three, and I especially appreciated the story arc of Victor’s mother starting out as very negative about his sexuality, and in the end coming around the way she does. (I was also a big fan of the character of Felix.) Maybe due to the fact that I am American, it doesn’t bother me so much that it felt like an American show. All that being said, I would love to watch you both do a reaction that re-watches Love, Simon, which is a movie I dearly love. To be fair, though, Skam predates the Love, Simon movie, even though I don’t think it was well known enough in the US to have had anything to do with the Love, Simon movie being made.

I absolutely love Nick and Charlie equally but TK and Carlos are slightly older and the chemistry between them is phenomenal. Highly recommend this series.
