As someone with depression and anxiety, I can totally relate I do believe stress brings out the worst in us and it’s not necessarily that we are like that, that’s just what our anxiety makes us believe of ourselves it’s a constant inner battle, I may know I’m a great person but I’m also my worst critic. I personally don’t think Alisha is any of those negative things that were mentioned I just think that’s what her anxiety tells her, she’s a great person with a great heart and if you truly see her you can tell how much she’s grown and how truly supportive and genuinely loving she is towards everyone, I applaud her for being so vulnerable that’s really hard and I hope she can see herself in a better light🫶🏻

Here’s the thing I also mean this in the kindest way possible why was everyone acting shocked? The first one that Heath read was for Alisha. I love her and y’all love her and I totally get that. She is an amazing person, but we’re also forgetting. This was the same person who stopped being friends with someone (for other reasons as well) but also because they kind of got the same haircut as her like you guys please.😂😂😂 just go watch her own YouTube video about why she stopped being friends with her best friend at the time. And obviously there are cons to this trait and this should not define her in any way shape or form and they’re probably reasons why she was this way at some point but it’s a great learning curve to be the best version of herself and I don’t want this to come across as a hate comment at all.
