EARLY RELEASE EXCLUSIVE: STREETFILMS & THE WAR ON CARS

Hello Patreoners!

Our good friend Clarence Eckerson, Jr. of Streetfilms fame came to our live show on November 1st and put this video together featuring some of the greatest hits from that fun night. We're very grateful to Clarence, of course, but also to the folks who talked to him on camera and the audience members who came to the show with such insightful comments and questions. Honestly, that latter part was so much fun that if we do another live show it probably should just be a Q&A for the entire hour!

The video release announcement goes public on Monday, but we're sending it out to all of your first as our thanks for your continued support.

In the off chance you aren't familiar with Streetfilms, you can check out this video he did of one of our studio recordings. There's also this great one about biking in Paris and what New York and other cities can learn from all the changes happening in the French capital. They call Clarence the hardest working man in transportation show business for a good reason.

Stay tuned for our next bonus episode just for all of you coming very soon.

As always, thank you!

- Aaron, Sarah and Doug

Great video, thanks WOC and Clarence. The struggles in my city down under, Canberra, are the same in NYC and around the world. Thank you for showing alternative ways of getting around, and helping us strive for a better quality of life for everyone. Even people in metal rage cages.

Many years ago, I attended a graduation ceremony at the University of Rochester. The commencement speaker was the ad guy who invented the McGruff the Crime Dog character. He was probably a UR alum. My takeaway from his talk was that his measure of success, of which he was very proud, was the name recognition level of McGruff. Not, you know, falling crime stats. It was bizarre.
