We wanted to share a quick update and apologize for the delay on yesterday's polls and todayโs posts.
Yesterday turned into a bit of a scare โ RJโs blood pressure spiked to 190/140 during his doctor appointment, and we ended up in the ER so they could bring it back down safely. He needed an IV and monitoring, but thankfully his numbers stabilized and heโs home resting today with his new medication. Heโs already doing so much better.
Now that things have calmed down and I can think straight again, Iโm getting everything back on track โ polls will be going up shortly, todayโs content is coming, and Iโll be catching up on any pending messages or items.
