Update log: tag list, new OC inbox format & life stuff

Hey guys! As we're about to enter a new month, let me go over a couple news!

OC inbox new format

Earlier this month I posted an opinion poll regarding how I'd run the OC inbox benefit - the one where patrons send asks to my OCs. The new proposed format won, so tomorrow (September 1) I'll open the OC inbox again and do a test run with the new guidelines:

Tag list

I went over my posts' tags and reorganized them for easier browsing - managed to cut the total number of tags from 80 to 45 at the moment!

You can check the list for yourself on my front page in a browser, but here's the most relevant ones:

OC tags

• Sonreiv's OC: all art involving my OCs go here.
• Patrons' OCs: all art involving YOUR babies go here - art requests or commissions!
• Sonreiv's OC x patron OC: art where my OCs interact with your OCs - through the F*ck My OCs event or Magical Kitty requests.
• F*ck My OCs 2021 event: art and posts relating to the event where patrons submitted their OCs to f*ck mine!
• OC ask: posts featuring prompts or questions sent by patrons to/about my OCs.
• All my OCs, relevant alternatives and ships are tagged by name (example: Hyatt, catboy!Zephyr, Zephyatt, etc...)

Fandom tags

• Only fandoms & ships I've consistently drawn fanart for have their own tags!
• BNHA: BNHA prototypes, Katsuyami, Katsudeku, proto fantasy AU 
• Pokémon Swsh: RaiLeonPiers, RaiLeon 
• There's more ships within these fandoms that don't have their own tag because they were drawn fewer times; you can find them in their general fandom tag.
• Misc. fanart: contains art of other fandoms that I've only drawn for a few times!

Other tags

• NSFW: all of my spicy work! ;)
• Patreon requests: any art that was done exclusively per request of a single patron. This encompasses the current Magical Kitty OC x OC request benefit and past benefits.
• Scrap: unpublished sketches and doodles that I don't intend to finish.
• Art process: posts featuring the step-by-step process of finished art. Some include text descriptions of my process. On the WIP tag you'll see all of those and standalone WIP shots of art I later finished.
• Commission: art commissioned by patrons or non patrons.
• Art memes & challenges: art trends & memes I've joined.
• Timelapse: sped up videos showing my drawing proces!

There's a few more organizational tags if want to check the list out on my front page! Always open to feedback on how I can make my feed easier to navigate, as Patreon itself is not very user friendly.

Life update: legal name change!

This is completely unrelated to my content, but it's a big life achievement that I wanted to share!

In August 20, my legal name was changed in my birth registry!! I'm finally oficially Nao, a proudly non-binary brazilian uchinanchu (okinawan descent)!

I'm a bit shy to post my face directly here, but I did post a celebratory selfie and a few more words to my SFW Twitter account a few days ago, if you want to check it!

I'm still in the middle of my journey into acceptance & living fully out as the person I want to be, but I'm certainly in a much better place now than I was years ago - and growing and learning to love myself one step at a time.

I wish the same sense of accomplishment on all my fellow trans peers! <3 Thank you all for supporting this queer indie artist!

(On that note, I just recently got my second Covid vaccine shot! My first shot completely knocked me out with a high fever, so I ask for patience in advance if the posting of tomorrow's reward is a little delayed! 🙏)
