July poll - new OC(s) for NSFW roster

This poll is for patrons to elect a single or pair of OCs that I will draw reference sheets for and formally introduce to the OC roster!
The elected option will gain a colored reference sheet and a more in-depth description. They will then be available to be suggested on the NSFW polls, and sent asks to via the OC inbox!
Some of these are already introduced OCs who haven't received an "official" design just yet, and some are completely new to you guys. Pretty much all of them have connections with other existing OCs; if their connections aren't listed, it's yet more characters that I haven't introduced and hopefully will in the future.
Some of the listed options come in pairs - not necessarily because they're a couple (though sometimes they are), but because their stories are tight knit so it only makes sense to me that they are introduced together.
