(sfw) Nio outfit ref

I'm going shape over detail for their silhouette. The idea is they're always heavily covered in bulky shapes (fun and easy to draw!) so when they're nude it's a surprise reveal of curviness and fur... except I'll probably draw them nude half of the time anyway.
First fit is how they usually dress under training with Weifeng, second one is the adventuring garb, third one is what they wear in contexts where they're recognized as an important figure.
Also updated the first ref to make their neck hair fuzzier, and most of their body hair lighter/browner.
