Daughter if Rika's drunken teacher. Toska is a 19 year old college introvert. She's very timid and soft-spoken while in public, but her mind is full of a darkened rage that caught the eye of Rika Helleaven one day, and Chaos soon followed.

P.S. The current plan is that she's voiced by two VAs. I have no idea who I'm going to pick for her soft-spoken and for her rage mode. XD
