I think she can be chubby in whichever way the listener imagines her to be, like there is no particular restriction on how the chub is distributed or whether it's distributed evenly across her body. I guess biologically she'd gain weight "overall," (like in her arms/torso) if she's been eating so many offerings but if you wanted, most of that weight could go to her tail :3
