Blood tutorial!

When I draw blood i use it as a multiply layer so it doesn't go opaque and cover details, and when I draw it there's generally a blob shape I do then i kind of add little smatters surrounding it and where the weight of the blood looks heavier, that's where I draw a drip. Highlighting blood is really only if i feel like going the extra mile, and if I really wanna go an extra mile after the extra mile, I'll use a darker color to outline shading for droplets, weight in the blood etc. I find the watercolor tool in SAI to be super useful when painting liquids because it emulates a really good effect similar to it.
