New Demo - 9/2/19

Now, onto the next cover. I'm gonna be honest, I haven't had a week like this in almost 2 years. The last time I cycled through this many ideas before finally deciding on a song was when I covered "Thriller" back in 2017. This week, I went through about 5 different ideas. 3 made it through the demo stages, and 2 of them actually received full recordings. The two finalists were "Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence, and "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana. Both are relatively well known songs, but neither are heavily requested by my audience. Upon observing that the Nirvana song was close to reaching 1 billion views on YouTube, I decided to bite the bullet and go all in.
With about a week to go until release, the video is coming along nicely. I've attached the MIDI demo for reference. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if "Bring Me To Life" gets released in the near future, I just can't promise an exact time. It'll probably be a backup plan if I encounter another week like this. Alright, I've got to get back to work. Enjoy the demo, and I'll see you next weekend!
