The new skill doesn't give a specific number. Also, Unified Collective was also fused (with Wanderer) originally.

But when Eve appeared there were only 3 slots, so one of the others got pushed into the background. Somehow they got around that limit to have 4 thoughtforms active with only 3 slots, I'm not sure how that worked, is that what got fixed when Vi had that dream and drifted inside the world engine? Also this most recent time they merged the core class with the fire magic class instead of choosing the upgrade option right? So do they still only have 3 slots for 4 thoughtforms or did merging give them the missing slot the same as upgrading would've?
