Sorry I'm so late to reply! That is a really good question! It brought up a great discussion between my fiancé and I, and made me realize I've never actually offered a pay to use base! For this particular base, I do not think he will be for sale. But I'd really like to do P2U bases in the future for that :) For both ferals and anthros! So in the future I think I'll be making another anthro base like this, but that one will be available to be used!
