Souper Game demo is here!

Hey! We’ve released a free demo of Souper Game on itch.io, and we invite you to try it out!

It’s a clicker game where you play as a soup, and your goal is to seduce and win the heart of a beautiful elf girl, all while trying not to get eaten by a troll. Unusual? Yes, but definitely fun!

We’d love to hear your thoughts. Leave us your feedback or a comment—it will really help us make the game better!

Congratulations, Siserg. You and the colleagues who have helped you create this beautiful page of our beautiful Elf, it has turned out beautiful. It is clear that you have put a lot of love and dedication into creating a very beautiful page where you give a small introduction to follow and see your beautiful work of the adventures of our beautiful Elf. Again my congratulations, champion, to you and those who work with you making this wonderful game and project possible. :D

Thanks for feedback! :) We’ll try to fix the most annoying issues by the next release.

Wow, thanks for feedback! We need to fix some problematic areas and create a tutorial on spending hearts and upgrading in the next version. We have few difficult and unclear moments for the player. I hope the next version will be more player-friendly ;)

Good staff: - Art is amazing - Attention to details - Sounds Not so nice: - Writing looks like some anime translation. If you think it needs to be here you probably should improve it. Dramatically. Alternatively you can cut it and replace with visual story telling at which you are very good at. I would say low priority - Small text - difficult to read. - Music. I cannot claim it definitely to be bad but it is kind of repetitive and out of style. - Gameplay is what really needs to be worked on. Gameplay: - First of all grinding on early stages is bad. You want quick feedback and very short development cycle. Push new feature, look whether it’s right direction, adjust. People are not going to give you much feedback if they have to waste a lot of time to test the updates. If someone do - they are probably very dedicated to you and very different from most other people. So focusing on them would not be very beneficial - Levelups should bring some enjoyment. Now they are dull and clicking just feels like a chore - I guess the difficulty level is supposed to grow. In reality the only thing which grows is its tediousness. I was at 14th level and gave up just because it is ridiculous

Pretty good demo, i only found two bugs 1. The soup pop when you level up sometimes didn't disappear. 2. If you set the game to windowed mode in the options, close the game, reopen it and then hit options again it'll force the game back into fullscreen mode. Things i'd like to see are a way to change text speed or skip cutscenes that you've already viewed. it's not bad since it's only a demo but would be helpful to replay in a full game. Also a way to survive without getting eaten, i assume you have to get eaten to progress but i'd like a way to end the survival part of the game without having to get ate. maybe just a button to advance would be good.
