Character new design

Some players disliked the policeman's look in our game. The pig theme felt offensive for such a tough profession, so I decided to change his design and held a vote on Patreon and Boosty.
The Watchdog won! :D
The news for Tier 4 will come tomorrow. Sorry guys there's just a lot of work right now before the New Year -_-
