June Patreon Planned Activities
- The next strip of What the Fuzz
- Slowly completing the finalisation of the What the Fuzz publication (Yes it's actually happening!!)
- A raffle to win an entire set of 'Mlem' stickers - Open to all tiers
- A set of raffles to win some recently completed Copic Marker illustrations - Open to $6+ tiers
- 3 new charms to be released - Including a raffle to $6+ tiers
- I'm looking at having time to creating a new tier - Real Media Commissions. I usually only offer these at conventions, but I actually really enjoy making them!
The future of Patron Streams
So! *claps hands together* I keep an eye on what seems to work and not-work. Whilst the monthly stream DID have attendence, it's not very fair to people who don't have time/ideas to contribute. And if you miss the one event your tier pays extra for, is it worth it?
So, there are a few approaches on how to fix this issue:
1) Have Patron-only streams but for certain content - Such as only Patrons getting to see What the Fuzz strips being made.
2) Have the stream open to all, but only Patrons can make requests - higher tiers can request more detailed/quality images
3) Give it a couple more months to see if things get better as they are now.
4) Scrap the idea of streams being integrated into the Patreon and make it a free for all.
It's certainly a wall of text (and I'm typing this out on my lunchbreak @w@), but I think it's important to keep you guys posted on my plans for the Patreon, and getting the biggest bang for your buck!
