I think Nami deserves the MVP since this is conclusion and culmination of her entire character arc starting all the way back in episode 2 or 3.

When I first watched this arc, I was really not vibing with the two silly Princes, and thought they were just really out of place. But then after this episode where it shows why they are like that and what the purpose of it is, I was blown away and really touched. Oda got me again! Also, i'm for the double double! Nami & Nepture, too close to call

I agree with Neptune as the MVP.
Nami's moment was nice, but all she did was forgive a person who didn't do any crime at all (Jinbei).
Whereas Neptune stopped himself from avenging his wife to honor her wish.
I would also argue for Jinbei. His storytelling was great, and he tried to stop hordy from reveling the human to the crowd. He tried to honor the queen's wish despite his anger and sadness. He also kneeled down and apologized to Nami even though he didn't do anything wrong. But I bet Ange would not agree with this 🐉🤣

Ange almost letting out a teardrop shocked me, although I was crying like crazy… for Ange it must’ve really landed to get from him this level of reaction 🙈
The “Jamon” bit killed me 😭😭 Carlie is the first reactor I see theorizing that 😂 could be her own original OP conspiracy theory.
I’m glad the fishman-hater jokes won’t stop because they’re one of my favorites ✨

Nami absolutely deserves to be MVP. This moment is important not only for her personally, but for the whole crew. She acknowledges the pain caused by Arlong but refuses to let that trauma define her or turn into hatred toward all Fishmen. By stating that there is nothing to forgive, Nami chooses to move forward rather than remain bound to the past, demonstrating emotional maturity and a conscious rejection of resentment. Sanji, wanting to be protective, reacts instinctively, but it’s right that Nami herself gets to express her feelings.
Moreover, she fully embraces Luffy’s philosophy that the past doesn’t define people and what truly matters is the present. This is why she isn’t upset with Luffy for falling asleep during the story, instead, she smiles, amused. It’s also heartwarming to see her being welcoming toward Jinbe, especially knowing how much Luffy cares about him.

People thinking you genuinely hate Jinbei just makes the jokes even funnier.
