To be honest, I still haven't played her game(s). I've seen and heard a lot about them, but I've never really had enough interest to sit down and put some hours down. As a character design, though, I do like how she looks. Ashley seems likable.
I've recorded a timelapse if you're interested to see how the picture progressed. I took a bit of extra time with this picture to make sure I got the anatomy of the sketch right since straight on shots like this are where I tend to notice myself slipping up the most. I think the extra effort paid off.
