Hey folks!
Time for some more painting. I have a general guide here:

but this one has specific colors listed (for the most part)
First, start with the basecoats, Vallejo Black, then silver.

Gold! ok... So I don't have a color name for this one. It's a mix of the dregs of a couple gold bottles... It's gold though. Trust me.
Red for the cloth, feathers, rope, and Icons. Vallejo Flat Red

Straps and leather get Vallejo's beastly brown.
I've been really enjoying two thin coats skin tones. They have a great selection, and apply easily.
Army painter matt white for cloth lining, and some gem base colors.
Black legion Contrast goes on smooth and looks fantastic on a metal base. gives it some great depth.
Back to TTC with a black wash. Slightly thinned down.
Next we give he whole model a very light drybrushing of a tan or beige. Using the same color for scripting and designs. I missed a pic in there, but blades and coils are painted white, and washed with orange.
Time to bring the color down a bit with a very thin wash of dark rust wash (vellejo again)
Gems and eye lenses, previously painted white, are hit with a red glaze made from blood angels contrast.

Last is a clearcoat, then a gloss clearcoat for anything that should look shiny.
I'm not at all particular on matt clearcoats. I thin them all down and mix em up in a mid sized pot.

There you have it. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll answer in the comments :)
Cheers!
