Almost done with Falindrith's giant piece, as well as a piece for LMPDragon, so there should be some good stuff coming shortly! Possibly within a week-ish.

New medicine has been good to me. I'm up to about 5-6 hours a day of focused work, which is great compared to what I used to be. I still have some rough days from time to time, but that's just something to work on in the future. 

I haven't yet gotten myself on track to stick to a varied work routine like I want to. A lot of this month, whenever I've been "clocked in", has been on commissioned work. I'd like to dedicate a few hours a week to something personal, but right now I'm sort of in "fix it all first" mode, getting work out the door and fixing my situation before I try to move anything else forward. Still also not really sure what personal work means to me -- I will say, I still have a lot of fun when I get to do stuff like this for friends.

But there's still that little bit of me wrestling with the idea of being called a "NSFW artist" because I like to draw muscle. It's something I keep meaning to talk with someone about, because at this point the mental tussle with it is debilitating and makes me spiral, and I need some sort of outside opinion. So... I scheduled to talk to a therapist again. I obviously have some sort of hang-up. And while I'd like to say I can solve it myself, uh... I feel like I would have by this point if I were able, so. We'll see how that goes. Just waiting for a call back.

Anyways, this piece kind of speaks for itself! Goo's/Husband's birthday, so I wanted to paint him something nice, even if its grayscale. c: Bit of a mini study of a few pieces from a few artists, as well as a study of a bodybuilding reference, but I'm pretty pleased with the results. I think it's a very solid piece for one evening's work, and if I can reach a point where this feels like a norm for me -- that I can sit down and just paint something like this without too much worry, with this much speed -- I will be very happy. Future goals.

So! More work coming soon. Still haven't forgotten about wanting to tweak the Patreon a bit. I have an idea or two on that. Just juggling some other stuff first.
