Hmm well if Mal has the same power of her mother she would be equal to Hades in power because her mother did wield all of the powers of hell. Still terrible magic scaling.

2020-03-24 20:39:29 +0000 UTCOk I was waiting till this trilogy of reviews was over to comment on this but why are the majority descendants in this related to a Disney princess in some way shape or form either their kids or relatives or the child of their villain or ally I think only four of them are the kids of characters that aren’t Disney princesses related hell I even settle for the kids of some studio ghibli characters just think outside the box Disney

And is it just me that's offended by the female characters objectifying Ben by talking about who 'won' him?! And holy monkey . . . The Black Cauldron?! Why don't wee see Taran, Eilonwy, or any of the others?! That's kind of dark for this storyline!

Tie-in material does explain why the villains who were dead at end of their movies are suddenly alive. Apparently, Beast didn't think them dying was punishment enough so he had the villains all raised from the dead so he could throw them all into this island gulag.
