PICTURE PREVIEW: Drawings I've done
Added 2023-06-06 07:21:12 +0000 UTCI have been drawing a LOT. The animation is coming along really great! I've been pretty proud of all I've done for it so far, and just had to share a few images from it.
More and more, I really, really keep thinking this ones gonna be a veritable hotbed for some really spectacular drawings. I want to have the kind of stuff that makes you go "Whoa!" and rewatch that part of the video again.
Along with some screencaps of the animation, I've also included a background layout I drew along with sketches of paintings that will appear in the video. Paintings, yes! There's gonna be a big gallery of them at the beginning. There's ten in total, and they all go by REALLY quick, so don't blink!
I'm actually not doing the final painting on them myself, I've handed the deeds off to various friends of mine. Three so far. So, the idea is kind of to have each one be its own unique style, to some extent. It's honestly a really cool part of this, some of them have been finished already and they just look so GOOD. I'm definitely gonna tell all the artists to post the full works once the video is live, so you can appreciate them to the fullest.
Starting to count down the days until it's finished, now! It's gonna be a tight squeeze, but I'm still on schedule. Right now, I'm anticipating seeing what the background artist serves up. I'm thinking it's gonna be pretty beautiful. Lots of thought going into the colors here. Can't wait for you to see it! Nine days now.
