More storyboard drawings! Right now the deadline for these boards is the end of next week. The video as a whole is aiming for a late January release, I've been told. Very soon! I'm gonna be so busy. That's OK though. Being busy is OK.

Here we've got two more characters introduced: Mario and Yoshi! I've got all the classics, don't I? In this scene here I actually originally wanted a sequence that included Wario and Waluigi. It was cut, however, for a couple reasons:

1. It introduced a new setting for the BG artist to create, and I'm aiming to be more economic with those

2. It introduced two new characters to have to design and cast, which would have also cut into the art side of things as well as the budget probably.

3. What we ended up changing it to was just better for Luigi's arc in this short.

That Wario and Waluigi scene was kind of my pride and joy to an extent, not gonna lie, so having to remove it did sting a little. Ultimately, it was for the better though, which is a relief. I was worried I would have to compromise for something I was overall less happy with.

For that scene and other small bits that were cut out, I'm definitely making a video on my channel where I restore those moments in animatic form, because I think people would probably like to see that.

That's all for today. I'm so busy! I'm also working on an Arlo video that's dropping next week. No joke. Wish me luck. I've also been trying to squeeze in some Christmas shopping this week but it's just not been fitting anywhere. ARGH!!! OK rant over LOL
