If you're reading this now, I'm done with the storyboards! That means it's like a month before this video drops. Chop chop! Oh, did I mention it got split in two? I genuinely don't remember if I mentioned that. Well, it did. Mostly for financial schedule reasons, they told me, "Seap, this one video, we're gonna make it two videos." It was kind of a long video so it kind of works. I found a good midpoint to split it by, too.
Anywho, yes, the storyboards, they're all done. So I'm animating now. Maybe I can post a clip of the animatic tomorrow, for fun. OH YEAH. The animatic. That means I got the voice edit! I think last time I talked about this cartoon that hadn't been finished yet. Well, it's finished now (Aside from a few retakes).
I did mention how there's always something about the voice edit that comes out different to how I expected, so that's what the retakes will be for. Hopefully those go well! Daisy's voiced by EileMonty in this who I'm pretty freakin sure is in nearly every single video Mashed puts out. She's been in every one I've made, that's for sure. She's really good honestly. The others in this one are pretty perfect too, oh my god, I LOVE the talking flower voice in this one. I have no idea who they've casted but they're so funny. It really elevates the material. Oh, but now I'm rambling about stuff you can't even hear yet. Well i'm drumming up interest, OK!?
That's all I gotta say for now. Wish me luck on animating. This is gonna be a pretty fast-track process so I'm making sure that this is basically all I'm doing for the next month. That's scary but also exciting. GO TIME!!!
